What is your latest release and what genre is it? The Piano Teacher. It’s literature, I don’t exactly know what genre. (Literary Fiction)

Brief biography:
Eugene is the author of 15 plays, many of them written during a ten year stint as Alberta Theatre Projects’ Playwright in Residence. He also wrote a feature column for the Calgary Herald for 5 years. Yet his original intention when he started out as a student of English Literature was to be a novelist, and now, after some delay, he is proud to present his first novel, The Piano Teacher. Eugene lives in downtown Calgary and is an avid cyclist.

What are you working on now?
A new novel titled I, Henry.
Eugene’s reading recommendation:
I just finished de Profundis by Oscar Wilde. I had never read it before and I really enjoyed it. Now I’ve moved on to H is for Hawk by Helen MacDonald, which seems very good so far.
