What is your latest release and what genre is it? Bev Editions (Toronto) has published four books in the past two months in the Marc Edwards Mystery Series: The Bishop’s Pawn, Desperate Acts, Unholy Alliance and Minor Corruption. Governing Passion will be published on June 15, with the last of the series due out next month (The Widow’s Demise). All of these are e-books. The Marc Edwards Mysteries are set in Upper Canada during and after the Rebellion of 1837. All of them involve both politics and murder, with a continuing theme of the development of responsible government.
Quick description: I also would like to mention my historical mystery, Lily’s Story (Bev Editions, e-book and paperback), set in Lambton County during the 19th century.
I am the author of more than forty books: fiction, poetry and scholarly works. I was born in Sarnia and raised in the nearby village of Point Edward. I am a graduate of Western University, where I taught for twenty-five years in the Faculty of Education. I am presently Professor Emeritus (retired).
What are you working on now?
I am currently writing poetry and editing the mystery series as they come out.
